摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取石狮社区卫生服务中心2012—2016年收治的脑梗死患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以人性化护理。比较两组患者住院期间并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,护理技能、服务态度及医疗环境满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果良好,可降低并发症发生,提高护理满意度,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected from 2012 to 2016 years in Shishi Community Health Service Center in Jurong,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of control group.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower than control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing skills,service attitude and medical environment in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing has a good effect in patients with cerebral infarction,which can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
