经皮椎体成形术后心脏水泥栓塞1例并文献分析 被引量：4

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)的一种微创外科治疗方法,它通过将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)骨水泥经皮注入压缩椎体,可以增加椎体强度及椎体稳定性,并能够迅速缓解疼痛。
