内回流对UniTank工艺系统性能的影响研究 被引量:2

Effect of Internal Recycle on the Performance of UniTank Process

摘要 通过构建UniTank小试装置处理赣南地区低碳源城市污水,考察内回流变化对UniTank工艺脱氮除磷性能的影响及边池搅拌时间内N、P含量的动态变化。结果表明,随着内回流体积比(R)的增加,TN去除率呈现先增加后减少趋势,TP去除率逐渐降低,内回流比对COD、NH_3^-N去除效果影响较小;当R为100%时,出水COD和NH_3^-N、TN、TP的质量浓度平均分别为23.39 mg/L和0.84、8.19、0.69 mg/L,除TP外,均达到了GB 18918-2002一级A标准。当R为100%时,边池反硝化现象最为明显;当设置内回流时,边池较难形成厌氧释磷的环境。 The laboratory equipment of UniTank process was set up to treat domestic wastewater in Gannan area, and the effect of internal recycle on the denitrification and phosphorus removal of Uni Tank process and N and P content dynamic change during stirring time was investigated. The results showed that, with the increase of internal reflux volume ration R, the change trend of the removal rate of TN was first increased and then decreased, and the removal rate of TP gradually decreased, while the internal recycle had little effect on the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N. When R was 100%, the effluent COD and mass concentration of NH3-N, TN, TP average was 23.39 mg/L and 0.84, 8.19, 0.69 mg/L respectively, which met the first A standard of GB 18918-2002 except TP. The nitrification phenomenon was most obvious when R was 100%. The side tank was hardly form anaerobic phosphorus release environment when the internal reflux was set.
