摘要
对HMB4/8型弹簧储能液压操作机构的结构、工作原理进行了阐述,对HMB4/8型液压操作机构的油路系统及密封结构进行了分析研究,对不同内漏故障现象进行了深入分析,提出了故障点的判断方法和应对措施。通过一起HMB8.3型操作机构内漏故障的检查处理验证了机构内漏判断方法的正确性和有效性。
The structure and working principle of HMB4/8 spring stored energy hydraulic operating device are expounded.The oil circuit system and sealing structure of HMB4/8 hydraulic operating device are analyzed and studied.The phenomena of different internal leakage faults are analyzed in depth,and the judgment methods and countermeasures of fault points are put forward.The correctness and validity of the method for judging the internal leakage of HMB8.3 operating device are verified by an inspection and treatment of the internal leakage fault of the mechanism.
