摘要
目的研究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者应用阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林的治疗效果及对患者健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的影响。方法本研究于2016年3月至2017年3月选取了院内收治的110例CHD患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予阿司匹林单独治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及对患者SF-36的影响。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的81.82%(P <0.05);在临床指标方面,治疗组同样比对照组要好(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后的各项SF-36评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林可以有效应用于CHD患者的临床治疗中,改善患者的临床症状,促进患者生活质量的提升。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD)and the effect on the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score.Methods 110cases with CHD were selected in our hospital from March 2016to March 2017as subjectinvestigated.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with aspirin alone and the treatment group was given atorvastatin combined with aspirin.Then the effect of the clinical treatment and the change of SF-36score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of in the control group (96.36%vs.81.82%,P <0.05 ).the clinical indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05 ).The scores of SF-36entries in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of in the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin can be effectively applied in the clinical treatment of patients with CHD.The therapeutic regimen can not only improve the clinical symptoms but also promote the improvement of quality of life of patients.
