摘要
目的探讨不同干燥方法对苦碟子药材茎、叶中主要有效成分木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(LGU)含量的影响。方法以LGU含量为评价指标,分别对晒干、阴干、烘干(40、60、80、105℃)、冷冻干燥后苦碟子茎、叶中LGU的含量进行测定和分析。结果苦碟子中LGU的含量叶>茎,与其它方法相比,60℃烘干法所得苦碟子药材中LGU含量相对较高,但与80℃烘干法相比LGU的含量无统计学差异。结论以LGU的含量为指标,烘干60~80℃是苦碟子药材干燥的合适温度范围。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different drying methods on the content of luteolin-7-O-β-Dglucuronide(LGU)in stem and leaf of Ixeris sonchifolia. Methods Contents of LGU as chemical indicator, are determined after sun drying, shade drying, oven-drying at(40, 60, 80 and 105 ℃) and lyophilization, respectively. Results Compared with other methods, the content of LGU at 60℃ is the highest, but the content of LGU is not statistically different from that at 80℃. Conclusion LGU as the key parameters, the oven-drying at 60 ~ 80 ℃ is a suitable temperature range for Ixeris sonchifolia drying.
