摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环联合微信在下肢骨折患者居家术口护理中的应用效果。方法:选取100例闭合性下肢骨折在我院行切开复位内固定术后未拆线出院行家居护理的患者,在开通微信平台前选取50例患者作为对照组,采用常规出院指导方法。开通微信平台后选取50例患者作为观察组,采用PDCA结合微信软件功能对其进行居家术口护理指导方法。对比分析2组患者出院后行居家护理术口愈合情况、术口护理相关知识和患者满意度情况。结果:干预后患者术口居家护理相关知识水平、术口愈合情况、患者满意度均比对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环联合微信的出院指导方法可提高下肢骨折患者术口的家居护理知识水平,降低并发症,提高患者生存质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA eyele combined with WeChat in patients with lower extremity fracture. Methods:Choose 100 eases of dosed fraeture of lower limb in our hospital after open reduetion and internal fixation of take out stitches not an expert in the care of patients,hospital before opening WeChat platform selected 50 cases as normal group,the conventional discharge guidance methods.After the WeChat platform was opened,50 patients were seleeted as WeChat group,and PDCA combined with WeChat software function was used to provide the nursing guidance method for the home operation.Comparison and analysis were made on the healing condition of home care,nursing knowledge and patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results:the knowledge level,the healing condition and the patient satisfaction of the patients after intervention were statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:the application of PDCA cycle combined with WeChat earl improve the level of household nursing knowledge,reduce eomplieations and improve the quality of life of patients with lower extremity fracture.
