摘要
利用OM、拉伸试验机等试验手段,对3005铝合金铸轧坯和轧板材的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,3005铝合金铸轧坯通过580℃/3h的均匀化退火和冷轧后220℃/22h成品退火制备的电池壳板晶粒细小、组织均匀,力学性能优异,能满足动力电池的要求。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 3005 aluminum alloy cast rolling billet and rolled sheets were studied by means of OM, tensile testing machine. The results show that the shell plate of 3005 aluminum alloy prepared by homogenization annealing at 580 ℃/3h for cast rolling billet and finished product annealed at 220℃/22 h after cold rolling has fine grain, uniform microstructure and excellent mechanical properties, which can meet the requirements of power battery.
