摘要
研究马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料部分替代兔日粮的饲喂效果。结果表明，３０％马铃薯渣发酵蛋白饲料可提高兔日增重，降低饲料消耗，对兔肉品质，兔免疫功能无不良影响．３０％马铃薯渣发酵伺料与沙棘嫩枝叶配合使用，可提高兔肉蛋白质和脂肪含量，改善兔肉品质。
The study of potato waste fermented feed in place of rabbit base dai1y diets showed that 30% potato waste fermented feed could raise put-on- weigh-dai1y of rabbit and decrease consumption of feed. The feed did not have bad effect on the meat qua1ity and immunity of rabbit. 30% potato waste fermented feed together with seabuckthorn could increase the quantity of protein, fat and andno acid and improve meat quality.
