摘要
目的 研究重症肌无力 ( MG)伴胸腺病变和 Graves病 ( GD)的临床特点 ,探讨其治疗对策。方法 回顾性分析 2 7例三病并存患者的病例资料。结果 对 3种自身免疫性疾病同时进行积极治疗 ,患者临床症状和体征改善 ,实验室指标恢复正常。结论 对三病并存患者 ,早期诊断、及时治疗是取得疗效的关键。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristic management of myasthenia gravis associated with thymic lesion and Graves disease.Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with such complex myasthenia disease were reviewed retrospectively.Results The symptoms and signs could be improved, should the patients received a separate treatment for each associated lesions.Conclusions Early diagnosis and timely treatment were critical to a good prognosis.
