摘要
介绍了航空产品集成开发团队群的组织模式 ,构建了IPT团队群的框架结构 ;结合我国航空产品开发过程的管理现状 ,提出了IPT团队与已有组织框架的协调方案。该研究对于在组织上保证并行工程理念的贯彻执行具有一定的参考价值。
The organization mode of integrated product team group of aerial product is introduced and the framework of IPT group is established. According to the management conditions in China aviation product development, a coordinate program for treating the relationship between IPT group and the organization framework is presented. This study has a certain reference for ensuring the implementation of concurrent engineering.
