摘要随着重组集落刺激因子在临床的广泛应用,集落刺激因子的结构与功能的关系倍受专家学者的关注。 1 人粒细胞集落刺激因子的结构与功能人类共有5种集落刺激因子,除了M-CSF是由二硫键连接的二聚体外,其它都是含有二硫键的单体分子,这些分子合成时都产生前体分子,在蛋白质加工过程中被清除一段亲水性前导肽。成熟的人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)
