摘要
２１世纪民办高等教育将在机遇和挑战中发展，最初十几年，重点应发 展高等职业教育，培养大批应用型专门人才。必须坚持走以学养学、自 力更生、艰苦奋斗、滚动发展之路，积极外引内联，不断增强办学实力。
In the 21st century civilian-run higher education will develop facing the opportunity and provocation. In the first 10 odd years, the key point should give to the development of higher vocation education and cultivation of lots of practical brains. It must be upheld to take the road of supporting school by running school, self-relaince, hard struggle and rolling development, still, to steadily increase the actual strength for running school by inviting outside force and linking home force.
