摘要
为了给新疆沙漠油气输送管道的设计提供基础依据 ,采用准稳态平板法对新疆塔里木沙漠砂的有效导热系数进行了实验研究 ,测量了冻结和非冻结条件下 ,不同含水率和不同容重的沙漠砂的有效导热系数 ,实验结果表明 ,无论是冻结还是非冻结条件下 ,沙漠砂的视热导率主要受到含水率的控制 ,在冻结条件下含水率的影响更大一些 .此外 ,为了提高测量效率 ,为准稳态平板导热仪配置了计算机数据采集和处理系统 ,并依据我们提出的一个实用的准稳态判据 ,实现了数据的自动测量和处理 .
In order to provide the thermal physical properties of the media surrounding the oil pipelines in Xinjiang desert for the pipeline designers, an experimental measurement system for the effective thermal conductivity of desert sand based on the quasi steady heat conduction principle is built. Experiments were conducted under both ambient and frozen condition to obtain the effective thermal conductivity of the desert sand with different moisture content and different apparent density. The results show that the effective thermal conductivity of the desert sand is dominated by the moisture content under both conditions. And the influence of the moisture content is more important under frozen condition. To improve the working efficiency, the apparatus was equipped with a data acquisition and processing system. Combined with a proposed quasi steady criterion, automatic measurement and data process were achieved.
