摘要
本文主要研究兽疫链球菌 (NACF - 0 36 )产透明质酸的条件及其特性。正交实验表明 ,产透明质酸的最合适培养基是 :淀粉 3% ,蔗糖 2 % ,酵母膏 1% ,蛋白胨 2 % ,轻质碳酸钙 0 .1% ,磷酸氢二钾 0 .2 % ,硫酸镁 0 .1%。在 37℃ ,170rpm ,发酵 4 0小时 ,发酵液中透明质酸的含量达3～ 4g/L。
The conditions and properties about streptococcus zooepidemicus (NACF-036) producing hyluronic acid are discussed in this paper. The results of perpendicularity and azygo-factor experiment indicated that the most suitable medium producing gyaluronic acid are:starch 3%, sucrose 2%, yest extract 1%, peptone 2%, calclum carbonate light 0.1%, K 2HPO 4 0.2%, MgSO 4 0.1%. Using the fermentation medium, the production of HA is 3-4g/L under the conditions T:37℃, time:40h, rotation speed:170rpm.
