摘要
介绍了除油旋流器的基本结构和工作原理 ,建立了一套室内试验装置 ,提出一种室内模拟油田含油污水的制备方法。用流体的压降和旋流器的分离效率作为旋流器除油性能的评价指标。在此基础上 ,对用于旋流器结构筛选的正交试验方案进行了设计和试验 ,测定了流量压降和级效率曲线。试验结果表明 ,正交试验法可以用于旋流器的结构筛选 ,并选出 1# 旋流器为最佳旋流器。
The basic geometry and separation principles of de oiling hydrocyclone are introduced. A set of laboratory facilities are built, and a preparation method for simulating oily water in oilfield is presented. Pressure drop and seperation efficiency can be taken as indexes for evaluating de oiling performance of hydrocyclone. An orthogonal experiment plot for optimizing the structure of hydrocyclone is designed and tested. The curves of pressure drop and grade efficiency are determined. The results indicate that the orthogonal experiment method can be applied to optimizing the structure of hydrocyclone.
