摘要
以反应釜为热反应装置 ,对辽河减压渣油在 2种不同工业供氢剂A、B(一类廉价的石油化学工业副产物 )存在下的热反应性能进行了考察。实验结果表明 ,在搀兑一定比例供氢剂的条件下 ,辽河减压渣油减粘裂化反应产物中馏分油 (<35 0℃的轻油馏分 )的收率大幅度提高 ,而其残渣油 (>35 0℃的尾油馏分 )的粘度随着反应温度的升高呈现出先降后升的趋势。残渣油的四组分分析结果表明 ,随着反应温度的升高 ,饱和分、芳香分及胶质的总含量降低 。
Taking a batch as a reactor, the thermal reaction of Liaohe vacuum residue is studied by blending hydrogen donor A and B. It is shown that while the hydrogen denors are blended, the yield of fraction at 0~350 ℃ is more than that without hydrogen donor. As the reacting temperature increases, the viscosity of the residuum will be reduced first and then increase. The hydrogen donors can reduce the total yield of saturates, aromatics and resins in residuum, and the yield of asphaltene increase.
