摘要
讨论了一种新型酶固定化技术 ,这种技术将葡萄氧化酶和过氧化物酶共同固定在同一载体——尼龙 6 6膜上 ,并制备出可检测血糖浓度的试纸 ,用于临床检验 .在固定过程中 ,酶浓度、染料浓度、固定温度、p H值、固定剂、干燥温度等因素的变化均会对固定结果产生影响 ,出现白斑、色块以及冲刷痕等现象 ,影响试纸的检测结果 .通过对固定剂配比的调整和固定程序的设计 。
Immobilization of two enzymes ( glucose- oxidase and peroxidase) on the same Nylon66film is a very useful technology.A new blood- glucose test strip can be produced by this technology.Sample of whole blood can be measured directly without any pretreatmentby using this kind of teststrip.In the im- mobilizing process,factors such as enzyme concentration,can influence the final resultof blood glucose de- tection.Suitable immobilizing conditions and process are discussed in this article.The technigue presented here can prevent the appearance of white spots,color block and pervading trace that can adversely affect the final outcome of blood glucose detection.As a result,the linear range ofblood glucose can be extended from 0 mmol· L-1to 30 mmol· L-1.
