摘要
目的 :用气相色谱 -质谱法对草豆蔻挥发油进行化学成分的分析。方法 :采用水蒸气蒸馏法从草豆蔻中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析 ,找出最佳分析条件 ,用归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果 :共鉴定了 3 7个成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 88%以上。结论 :此方法稳定可靠 ,重现性好 。
OBJECTIVE: The chemical components of the essential oil from Alpinia kaysumadai Hayata were analyzed by GC MS. METHOD: The essential oil was extracted from Alpinia katsumadai Hayata by steam distillation. The components analyzed with the different kinds of capillary columns. The optimum separated and analytical conditions were researched. The amount of the components from the essential oil were determinated by normalization method. The components separated were identified by GC MS. RESULTS: There are 37 components composed of about 88% of the total essential oil were separated and identified. CONCLUSION: The method is reliable, stabilize and has good repeatability. This method can be applied to the analysis of the essential oil components extracted from Chinese traditional medicine components.
