摘要
对沥青和树脂粘合剂与氧化镁/石墨复合材料气孔率的关系进行了定量研究。结果表明,压型试样的气孔率随粘合剂含量增加而减小,而焙烧后的气孔率则随粘合剂含量增加而增大,由于沥青和酚醛树脂在焙烧时的碳化过程有所不同,它们对这种复合材料气孔率的影响也不同。
Quantitative studies have been carried out on relasionship between binder (pitch resin) and porosity of magnesium-oxide/graphite composite The results showed that porosity of moulded sample decreased with increasing binder content, whereas baked sample's porosity increased with increasing binder content.The effects pitch and phenolic resin on porosity of the composite were different because the two resins differed in the reactions of carbonization process during baking.
