摘要
介绍了一种新型的风力机叶片结冰检测系统,它主要由光纤式结冰传感器和电子处理系统等组成。基于风力机运行环境的分析,在高低温试验箱中模拟叶片结冰的大气条件,对传感器表面结冰进行试验研究,得到了输出电压与冰厚的关系。为验证系统的抗干扰性,进行了雨水干扰试验。将系统安装在风力机上,进行现场试验,验证了系统的可行性。试验结果表明,系统能有效地区分雨水干扰,检测风力机叶片表面结冰状态,当传感器表面结冰厚度超过阈值时,系统会发出告警信号。
A novel wind turbine blade icing detector,composed of optical fiber icing detectors and signal processing circuit,was proposed for the special application.An atmosphere icing weather condition was simulated in a low temperature cabin to imitate icing based on the study of the blade ice in local environment.In order to verify the system's anti-jamming capability,a rainwater interference test was accomplished.Install the system on a wind turbine,and a field test was finished to verify the feasibility of the system.Experimentation results show that the system could effectively identify rain interference and detect icing condition of the surface of the blade.When the ice thickness of the sensor surface is more than the alarm value,the system will generate alarm sig-nals.
