摘要
为探究芳纶纤维增强复合材料(AFRP)约束混凝土的动态冲击力学性能,采用覫100mm SHPB试验系统对C30、C40、C50三种基体强度等级的AFRP约束混凝土进行了动态冲击试验,得到了动态试验下的应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明,高应变率冲击下,AFRP约束条件显著延长了混凝土试件的弹塑性阶段,其延性、强度都有明显提高,并表现出应力率强化效应;约束层数的增加和基体混凝土强度的增大也有助于提高AFRP约束混凝土的抗冲击性能。
In order to explore the dynamic impact mechanical properties of Aramid Fiber Reinforced Polymer (AFRP) confined concrete, the dynamic impact tests of AFRP confined concrete (C30, C40, C50) was carried out by using the Ф100mm SHPB test system, and the dynamic stress-strain curves were obtained. The test results show that under the impact of high strain rates, AFRP constraints can significantly extend the elastic-plastic stage of concrete specimens, and the ductility and strength of the concrete improves significantly, meanwhile, it shows the stress hardening effect; In addition, the increase of fiber cloth layers and the strength of core concrete also contribute to improving the impact resistance of AFRP confined concrete.
