摘要
干旱缺水是我国水资源面临的主要问题 ,在许多地区已成为制约经济发展和社会进步的重要因素。本文分析了我国目前干旱缺水的状况及发展趋势。探讨了减轻旱灾的研究方向和可能途径 ,并根据我国的实际情况 ,建议节约用水和规划管理水资源 。
