摘要
目的 用营养干预控制社区患临界高血压的中老年人的血压。方法 对 90例社区临界高血压的中老年人进行 6个月的营养干预 ,比较干预前后膳食结构变化和血压变化。结果 食物结构、营养素结构发生变化、血压、血脂水平明显下降。结论 通过营养干预特别是改善膳食结构可使社区居民的膳食结构趋于合理 。
Objective To contain the borderline hypertension among the community dwelling middle aged and elderly with nutritional intervention. Methods 6 month commumity based nutritional intervention was performed on 90 middle aged and elderly with bordeline hypertension. Results The blood pressure, blood trighycerides or blood cholesterol of the middle aged and elderly were decreased significantly. Conclusion The control over the middle aged and elderly blood pressure is feasible for a community through nutritional intervention, especially modification of dietary pattern.
