摘要
当前高层建筑设计中的超限问题越来越多。作者近年来参加了上海地区50多项(100多个单体工程)超限高层建筑工程的抗震专项审查和计算分析工作,对评审专家的讨论意见和共性问题进行了研究和总结。本文介绍了超限高层建筑设计中抗震计算分析的要点和应采取的相应抗震构造措施,主要针对高层建筑中高度和高宽比、平面布置规则性和竖向规则性等三方面的超限问题。
Nowadays,the out-of-codes highris e buildings are becoming more extensive.The authors have participated i n the seismic evaluation and analysis of more than 50projects(more than 100buildings)during the past years.The discussion suggestions of the experts were summarized and the common pro blems were investigated.In this pap er,the seismic analysis points and seismic countermeasures for the out-of-cod es highrise buildings are introduce d,which are intended for such out-of-codes prob lems as height-to-width ratio,layo ut irregularity and vertical irregu larity.
