摘要
作者提出,在市场经济体制下,与城市发展紧密结合和运用市场化的土地策略是成功建设大学城的两个重要条件。第一个条件是关键,它是为大学城提供持续发展动力的根本,同时也是第二个条件存在的基础;而第二个条件是手段,是政府作为一个城市的经营者必须采取的一个策略。
This paper quests for effective methods to manage a successful university town under the market economy. Combining with the direction of theurban development and using economic land use policy may be the most important aspects in the course.
