介绍一种二维光电倾角仪,该仪器采用液体摆原理,由激光器、望远镜、二维PSD器件等部分组成,可获得良好的精度与稳定性。
This paper is to introduce a newly developed two -dimensional photoelectric tilt -meter. A liquid pendulum is used for the tilt sensor, a laser, a telescope and a two -dimensional PSD are also used in the system to acquire high precision and stability. Tilt angle Less than 1' can be sensed.
