摘要
近年来 ,随着信息技术的飞速发展 ,越来越多的企业为了用更低的成本获取更好的技术 ,采用将全部或部分信息技术外包出去的策略 ,使自身能集中精力发展企业的核心能力。但信息技术外包既有优势又有风险 ,究竟在何种情况下外包的收益将大于风险 ,以及应该对信息技术的哪一部分进行外包 ,是研究信息技术外包战略的重要课题。本文根据国外的研究结果 ,详细介绍了影响企业选择外包战略的几个重要因素 。
With the rapid development of information technology(IT),more and more companies outsource their partial or entire IT departments in order to take less cost to get better technique and concentrate themselves on the core competence in recent years.But IT outsourcing has not only benefit,but also risks.When taking outsourcing strategy will make more benefit than risks for a company,and what should be outsourced are important subjects in IT outsourcing research.This paper introduces some imporatant factors that affect the IT outsourcing strategy,and gives a criterion of selecting the objectives of outsourcing according to the study executed by foreign institute.
