摘要
从网络管理的一般概念出发 ,引入了HSE网络管理。详细介绍了HSE网络管理的概念、原理 。
First the general conception of network management is illustrated. Then in this paper the HSE network management, including its rules and principles is introduced. In the end the article presents how to implement the HSE network management.
