摘要
为了得到日光温室草莓果实发育过程中营养成分的变化动态规律 ,以全明星及丰香为试材 ,研究了草莓果实从落花后 1周到成熟整个生长发育过程中各种营养成分的变化。结果表明 ,果实发育过程中总糖和蔗糖含量逐渐增加 ,从白熟期到成熟期增加最快 ;酸含量逐渐减少 ;Vc含量先降后升 ,在半红期达到最大 。
This paper mainly studied the changes of several kinds of nutrition composition of strawberry(cv.Allstar and Toyonaka) fruit during its growth.The content of total sugar and sucrose are rising gradually and after the period of white.The content of sugar rise rapidly.The content of acid is decreasing by degrees.The change tendency of Vitamin C is decreasing firstly and then rising,it reaches the peak at the period of 50% pink .
