盐碱胁迫对甜菜种子萌发期和苗规体内过氧化物酶同工酶的影响

The Effect of Salt and Alkali on the Peroxidase Isozyme in the Stage of Germination and Seedling of Sugarbeet

摘要 本文研究了NaCl、NaOH对甜菜种子萌发期和苗期体内过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明,盐碱处理使过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱带增多,酶活性增强。供试的三个品种,磨光抗盐碱性较强,其次是双十,最后是双八。 The effect of NaCl and NaOH on the peroxidase isozyme was studied in the stage of germination and seedling of sugarbeet. The results showed that the treatment with the salt and alkali increased the number of band of the peroxidase isozyme and the activity of the enzyme. In the three sugarbeet varieties used in the experiment the order of variety with the resistance to salt and alkali was Moguang, Shuang 10 and Shuang 8 as the first, the second and the thirdly respectiyely.
