摘要
固相微萃取是基于萃取涂层与样品之间的吸附 /溶解 解吸平衡而建立起来的集进样、萃取、浓缩功能于一体的技术。综述了固相微萃取技术的最新发展动态 ,介绍了管内 (in tube)固相微萃取、新型萃取头以及固相微萃取与其他分析技术的联用情况。
