摘要
目的:分析研究肺部不同形态的团块样病变的常规X线和CT的表现。方法;回顾分析1997～2001年上海市宝山中心医院和上海市大场医院108例患有肺内团块样病变的患者,其中40例仅做常规胸X线片检查,68例分别作了胸X线片与CT检查。结果:发现肺癌42例,炎症18例（包括肺部隐球菌感染1例）,结核2例,肺隔离症2例,肺结节病2例,肺动静脉瘘1例。结论:胸X线片和CT的联合应用,可有助于肺内团块样病变的良恶性鉴别,尤其对感兴趣区域的CT薄层扫描,经CT值的前后比较,以及连续层面的摄影观察及必要时的三维重建,可充分显示病变的特征,从而能提高对肺部团块样病变诊断正确性。
Objective: To study X -ray and CT features of different pulmonary ball-like lesions. Method: 108 cases of pul-monary ball - like lesions from 1997 to 2001 in Baoshan Central Hospital and Dachang Hospital were studied, among which, 40 had only chest plain film and 68 had both plain film and CT. Result: 42 pulmonary carcinoma, 18 inflammation (including 1 case of cryptococcus infection), 2 pulmonary tuberculosis, 2 pulmonary sequestration, 2 pulmonary sarcoidosis, 1 pulmonary arteriovenous fistula were dignosed. Conclusion: It is important to identify the benign and malignant disease in these cases. Plain film examination plus CT, especially the high resolution CT scan of the interesting region, evaluation of CT value, ob-serving and shooting of continuous lamination and three - dimensional reconstruction if needed, can manifest the characteristics of lesions sufficiently and imoprove the accuracy of diagnosis.
