摘要
介绍我国用于麦草浆洗筛及黑液提取的各种设备的特性、工艺流程及其生产运行效果。将挤压过滤、扩散置换及封闭筛选等三种设备优化组合在一起,构成一种具有多功能的洗筛系统。这种组合系统可以大幅度提高黑液提取率。
The features,flow schemes and operation effectiveness of different kinds of washers which are being used for wheat straw stock washing are introduced.The paper points out that in order to increase washing efficiency further,an effective washing and screening system consisted of the optimized combination of press,diffusion displacement and closing screening will be the development trend in the future.
