摘要
本文对60°夹角的V型8缸发动机进行了平衡分析,并就该类机型平衡机构的设计进行了探讨,为某8V150柴油机优化设计了双轴平衡机构,使该平衡机构不但100%完全平衡了二次往复惯性力,而且最大可能地消减了侧倾力矩。经实验验证表明,本平衡方案极大地改善了该8V150柴油机的振动特性,解决了该类机型设计中的一大技术难题。
The balance of inertia forces for an eight-cylinder 60 °Vee engine is analyzed in this paper, and the balance mechanism design for this type of engine is studied. A balance mechanism about double shaft for certain 8V150 diesel engine was designed in optimum. The balance mechanism completely equalized quadratic cycle inertia forces ,at the same time utmost balanced engine's overturning moment. The experiments show that this method improves the 8V150 diesel engine vibration characteristic. So one of the major technical problems in designing this type of engine has been solved.
