摘要
自高校实行交费上学制度以来，关于学生或家庭应分担多少成本成为人们讨论的强势话题。本文从考察我国高校收费的历史入手，分析了高校收费改革的理论和实践依据，并对收费标准的确定提出了建设性建议。
Since the highre schools carry out the new plan that the students must pay for their higher education,the problem has focused on how much the students or the families should be burdened.According to the history of the fees of higher schools,I analyze the theory and practice basis of the reform of the fees,then I make some constructive suggestion on the fees standard.
