摘要
针对实现虚拟制造的发展目标 ,提出了实施远程制造的基本框架 ,分析了面向VRML的机床和生产单元建模方法以及基于遥现的制造能力评价的数据准备问题 ,以便实现远程制造场所的选择、组建及监控 。
A methodology to simulate a real manufacturing process via VRML oriental tele presence is described. The purpose is to select a product specific distributed manufacturing system in order to meet the needs of globalization and agility of the manufacturing. Investigated is a Web based infrastructure which integrates the enabling technologies including VRML EAI oriented modeling of machine tools and manufacturing cells, and data preparation of dynamic evaluation via tele presence. The above logic could be used to implement the selection, monitoring and scheduling of the distributed manufacturing system.
