摘要
2001年1月-2001年6月间中国医科大学附属第一医院总医疗收入中药品收入占48.1％,住院医疗收入高于门急诊医疗收入,住院医疗收入中的药品收入构成比(42.2％)明显低于门急诊医疗收入中的药品收入构成比(59.0％),不同专业药品收入构成比有明显的差异,按合理的全院药品收入构成比标准(40％),根据不同专业的特点核定了各自的药品收入构成比,作为全院及各专业努力的目标。
From January to June in 2001, the income by drug selling is 48.1 % of the total in the First Hospital affiliated to Chinese Medical University. The income from the inpatient department is higher than that of the out patient department and emergency. The income by drug selling in the inpatient department is of 42.2% , which is remarkably lower than that in the out patient department and emergency (59.0% ). The ratio of income by drug selling is remarkably different vary specialties. The reasonable ratio by drug selling should be 40% . a ratio of income by drug selling according to different specialties should be made to be the target of hospital management .
