摘要
采用0.10mm和0.08mm厚的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)以及0.08mm和0.06mm厚的PA/PE复合薄膜真空包装莲藕,探讨包装材料对莲藕贮藏期间褐变的影响。结果表明,PA/PE袋能极显著地抑制莲藕褐变,并能保持较多的营养成分。
Low-density Polyethylene(thickness:0.10 mm,0.08 mm respectively)and PA/PE film bags(thickness:0.08 mm,0.06 mm respectively)were applied for lotus root packing under vacuum.The package materials influences on lotus root browning were discussed.Results showed that the application of PA/PE film bags could inhibit lotus root browning remarkably and nutritional components were kept well.
