摘要
目的 :研究苦参碱 (Matrine)对人成纤维肉瘤 (HT10 80 )细胞系生长的抑制效应 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 :用不同浓度的Mat加入体外培养HT10 80细胞中 ,观察加药后细胞生长数量及其形态的变化 ;用MTT法检测Mat的细胞毒作用。结果 :Mat明显抑制HT10 80细胞生长 ;IC50 值为 35 0 μg/ml;其抑制率与药物浓度呈剂量依赖关系。结论 :Mat能有效抑制HT10
Objective:To study the effects and mechanism of Matrine on HT1080 cell line.Methods:Matrine of different concentrations were added into the mediuim in which the cells were cultured.The changes of cell morphology and quantity were observed by phase contrast microscope.Cellulotoxic activity of Matrine was defected by MTT.Results:The growth of HT1080 cell line was remarkably inhibited by Mat. The IC\-\{50\} values of Matrine for HT1080 was 350μg/ml.The inhibited rate were related with the medicine concentration in does dependent.Conclusion:Mat can effectively inhibit the multiplication of HT1080 cell line.
