体表心电图预测梗死相关血管的意义 被引量：22

摘要 通过体表心电图可以定位梗死相关血管。左主干闭塞表现为aVR导联ST段抬高和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、V4至V6导联ST段下移 ,下移≥ 18mm诊断左主干病变的敏感性高。V2 导联ST段抬高对判断前降支闭塞最敏感 ,其次为V3 ～V5、aVL、V1和V6导联。前降支近段闭塞还可以表现为aVL导联ST段抬高 ,下壁导联ST段下移。右冠状动脉或回旋支闭塞都可以表现为Ⅱ、Ⅲ和aVF导联ST段抬高 ,但是前者伴有aVL导联ST段下移 。
