摘要
介绍一个基于工业PC机和WINDOWS操作系统的开放式数控焊接系统。系统工作时,机械手除控制焊枪作曲线运动外,同时实时调整焊枪的姿态,完成工件不规则曲线高精度焊接。
In this paper,an open style numerical control welding system based on industrial personal computer and WIN DOWS opera-tion system is introduced.When the system is running,the curve movement and the angle pose of the welding gun are controlled by me -chan ical arm,and the irregular seam is welded in high precision.
