The entry into WTO will greatedly influence the talent-training patterns' quality of the higher education.In order to meet the challenge caused by the entry into WTO ,We should strengthen the general education in colleges from the following aspects:to educate students for wide culture,to attach importance to the study of foreign languages and the communication ability,etc.
