摘要
基于并行工程原理和方法对医疗服务过程进行并行重构 ,并对医疗服务质量进行全过程实时性监控 ,是实现持续改进服务效率和效果 ,建立医院质量管理体系的重要途径。通过对基于并行工程的医疗服务基本流程设计、医疗组织模式特征、医疗服务过程质量测量体系架构及基于并行工程的过程质量监控程序等内容的理解 。
It is the important way to reach effect of improving service efficiency and effect continuously and to build quality control system that the parallel reconstructing medical service process based on concurrent engineering theory and method, and giving real time control to service quality. The author illustrates the frame of control system by comprehending the content of basic flow designing of the medical service, the characteristic of the medical organizing mode, quality measure system frame and the process of process quality control.
