摘要
现国内各大油田使用的旋转控制头均是从国外引进 ,价格昂贵。国内原有的旋转控制头 (旋转防喷器 )是 6 0年代初和 80年代末设计的低压力级别产品 ,不能满足现代欠平衡钻井工艺的需要。针对这种状况 ,四川石油局钻采研究院机械设计中心研制开发了动密封压力 10 .5MPa,静密封压力 2 1MPa ,具有双胶芯密封结构的高压旋转控制头。经试验和现场使用证明 ,效果良好 ,完全能满足现代欠平衡钻井工艺的需要。
Rotating Control Head(RCH)is a critical equipment used for underbalanced drilling technology.The majority of RCH used in China oil fields are expensive import products.Rotating blowout preventers made in China early are limited in low-pressure well underbalanced drilling.A type of high-pressure RCH is developed by Mechanical Center affiliated to Drilling & Production Tech.Res.Inst. of SPA.The new RCH with two strip rubbers can sealing 10.5 MPa dynamic pressure and 21 MPa static pressure.
