摘要
在一般工程投资中,非标设备由于国家、行业对其没有统一的外形尺寸、材质、重量等规定,其造价难以确定。针对这一问题,本文按照有关定额的工程量计算规则和解释汇编,结合实际工作中的经验,将人工、材料、机械台班加以归类和简化,分析计算非标设备的成本和利税,达到合理确定非标造价,有效控制项目投资的目的。
In general engineering investment assessment,the price of non-standardized equipment is hardly to be defined due to the uncertainty of their contour sizing,material and weight by the stipulation of state and trade industry. For this issue the article classified and simplified the manpower,material,machine-shift cost according to the work load counting rules and guide books with the combination of the work experience,analyzed and calculated the cost,profit,and tax for the purpose of reasonable defining the price of non-standardized equipment and effectively control of the project investment.
