摘要
采用粉芯丝材和高速电弧喷涂技术 (HVAS)原位合成了铁铝金属间化合物涂层 ,并研究了涂层的显微组织和性能。结果表明 ,铁铝涂层的成分 (原子分数 ,% )为Fe 2 0 0Al 14 1O ,主要相是Fe3 Al、FeAl和α Fe相 ,还有少量Al2 O3 。涂层中的Fe3 Al和FeAl具有较高的有序度。涂层具有相对较高的结合强度和显微硬度 。
In the present study,the microstructure and properties of iron aluminide intermetallic coatings in situ synthesized by cored wire and high velocity arc spraying(HVAS)were investigated.Chemical analysis of the coating indicated the composition is Fe 20 0Al 14 1O(at%).The microstructure is consisted of Fe 3Al,FeAl and α Fe regions mainly,together with fine oxide(Al 2O 3)layers.Moreover,Fe 3Al and FeAl in the coating have high degree of order.The coating has relatively higher adhesion strength and microhardness,as well as lower density and porosity.
