摘要
密切值法是多目标决策的一种优选方法 ,将改进后的密切值法应用于农业技术经济方案的综合评价是一种新的尝试。农业技术经济方案优劣的评价主要由产量、投资、耗水量、用药量和劳力等指标组成。首先由各经济方案中各评价指标的极端情况组成“虚拟”的最好和最差方案 ,其次求出待评价经济方案 (点 )与最好、最差方案的距离 ,再引进可综合反映与最差方案距离两者水平的综合参数———密切值。实例计算表明 ,BP神经网络方法不能应用于该例的技术经济方案评价与排序 ,结果存在多义性 ,密切值法的排序结果更可靠 ,用于农业技术经济方案综合评价与排序是切实可行的 ,并且密切值法计算过程简单 。
Osculating method was an optimization approach for multi objective decision,and it is a trial to comprehend assessment of agricultural economic projects using osculating method Five assessment indexes,namely produsts,cost,water used,pesticide used,man power,were used to assess the agricultural economic projects The best and worst samples were composed of the maximum and minimum values of assessment indexes A comprehensive parameter,namely osculating value,taking the distances between the evaluated sample and the best or worst sample into consideration simultaneously was introduced and used to evaluate and order the agricultural economic projects The case study showed that the osculating method presented the reliable results in disagreement with the results of neural networks using too few training data set,and the osculating method was thus suitable for the comprehensive assessment of agricultural economic projects The calculation of the osculating method was simple and carried conveniently out on computer
