The author sets forth that the development of circular economy (CE) is very effective for environmental protection and its best practice is ecological industry,then introduces the practice of CE both abroad and at home.The author points out that the formulation of CE is imperative under current situation and is a necessary strategic choice for China's environmental protection in 21st century and proposes five policy recommendations.
