摘要
教师的发展是一个连续的过程。其中 ,各种因素会对教师发展产生积极或消极的影响。为此 ,探讨教师发展的影响因素是适切协助教师发展的前提与依据。费斯勒与格拉特霍恩的教师发展因素论是当代美国比较有影响的教师发展理论 ,本文试对此作一述评 ,以资借鉴。
Teacher development is a continuing course where positive and negative factors influence teacher development .The study on factors influencing teacher development gives a scientific foundation for the help for teacher development.The paper reviews on Fessler's and Glatthorn's theory of factors influencing teacher development which can be used as reference for us to facilitate teacher development in China.
